In general, shipments usually take between 24 and 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) to reach your shipping address from the moment you confirm your purchase, as long as you reside in Spain (Peninsula) and the Balearic Islands. The rest of Europe, the United States and Canada may take a little longer, perhaps 3 to 4 days depending on the area.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your order to us in part or in full. To do this you must contact us via email attaching our completed withdrawal form. You have the right to refuse the order in whole or in part within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Remember that everything you return must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in the same condition as delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
  • You must send us the product(s) in a method that guarantees the arrival of the product(s) in good condition.
  • You must include the completed withdrawal form in your return package so that we can locate your order and pay you the corresponding amount.

In case your order arrives in bad condition or we have not sent you the right product, please contact us as soon as possible to give you a solution as soon as possible.
