We consider a “customer” to be any person or company who purchases La Petite Blossom products for non-professional purposes through our website.

By completing the sale process and making your purchase, you confirm that you are qualified to perform such an operation or that you have, at least, the authorization of your guardian.


You acknowledge that at the time of placing the order, you know the particular sales conditions indicated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product details, cost of services, etc.) and you expressly declare that you accept them without reservation.

The placing of the order and its confirmation by you materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.


You place your order by clicking on the “BUY” button. The order is added to a total that includes all items confirmed by you by clicking on the “FINISH PURCHASE” button at the bottom of the payment page and after you have accepted these ‘Terms and Conditions’.


La Petite Blossom confirms the acceptance of your order by email. The sale will not be completed until it is marked as ‘COMPLETED’, at which time the order will already be in the hands of the transport company.

Once the purchase has been confirmed at, a message will appear with the order number and confirmation of the successful purchase. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you indicated when making the purchase with the data of the order placed.

If you have not received the order confirmation email, but the online shop has displayed the message with your confirmed order number and has charged you accordingly, you can be sure that your order has been processed successfully. The reason why you have not received the email may be because the email address entered has some error, the confirmation email has entered you by mistake in the spam folder or because there has been some specific computer problem on our part. You will receive your order without any problem.

La Petite Blossom reserves the right not to confirm your order for any particular reason such as the supply of products, a problem relating to the order received (e.g. illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery, in any case we will inform you via email.

You will not be able to place new orders until you have paid the sums due for previous orders.

Furthermore, the ownership of the goods will not be completely transferred until La Petite Blossom receives the sums due.


You can partially or completely cancel any order before we have delivered it to the transport agency (order status COMPLETED).

In the case that the order has already been delivered to the transport agency or is in delivery you will not be able to cancel the order, however, you will always have the option of returning it according to our policy of changes and returns specified below.


You can choose the place of reception of the goods at the time of the order and if you want also the date by writing us a note attached in OBSERVATIONS OF THE ORDER.

La Petite Blossom reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address you indicate. Deliveries will be made only to the countries listed in the section on shipping and receiving orders below.

No shipments are made to other areas excluded from this list except by private agreement with La Petite Blossom.


For products in stock, and except for inventory errors, shipments in Peninsula take 24 to 48 hours in working days once payment is confirmed by you.

Shipping times are estimates.

In cases where payment has been made by bank transfer, the counting of hours starts from the moment the deposit is received in the bank account of La Petite Blossom.

We only ship and deliver on working days from Monday to Friday. The prices indicated include the costs of transport, packaging and basic insurance.


When filling in the Customer data and seeing the delivery population, the rate corresponding to the delivery area is applied:

When placing an order, you agree to sign the reception sheet presented by the person making the delivery, in which you can include all the observations that you consider necessary.

By signing the reception sheet, you acknowledge having received the number of packages indicated on it. If you notice damaged or missing products, you should make a complaint as soon as possible to:

Deliveries will be made by Correos Express in Spain and DHL for international orders. If you wish to send to a different shipping address than yours so that someone can receive the package, simply indicate this during the purchase process.

The transport agency will contact you via SMS and/or email to inform you of the delivery date. In addition, you must provide a valid mobile phone number for the transport delivery person assigned in your area.

Important: It is necessary that in the direction of reception of the package there is always someone for the reception of the same one, for that reason the importance of indicating a telephone of contact to us, since to the third attempt of delivery it entails an additional cost for you or you will have to make the collection in the seat of the company of messenger company of your zone.

The photographs showing the products are given as an indication. The texts accompanying these photographs are the reproduction of information on the packaging or instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products shown in the virtual store may differ from the real color of the product, but in a minimal way.


The discount coupons will never be applicable on articles already discounted, if due to a technical or human error this is not the case, La Petite Blossom reserves the right to cancel your order.

You will benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects in the products sold. However, the warranty will not be valid if failures or damage occur due to improper handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

You have the right to return your order or part of it within 14 days of receipt without any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the order is received by you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier.

The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Tailor-made, personalized or custom-made article (choice of name or any item expressly ordered to your liking), once manufactured and even if it has not been delivered, you cannot cancel the order or request a refund, except in those cases where there is a manufacturing or typographical defect attributable to La Petite Blossom or his collaborators. This is governed by Spanish Law 3/2014 of 27 March (Article 103) amending the LOCM Art 45, which clarifies that the consumer’s right of withdrawal and return cannot be applied.

FOR EXCHANGES IN OUTLET OR SALE PRODUCTS: We will not refund the amount of the products, we will issue a voucher for the value of the products.

Consequences of withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
  • We will make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.
